Terms of Service

Effective 1 January 2026. These terms govern your use of the MAST Study platform.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or accessing any part of MAST Study, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Notice. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@maststudy.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Licence to learn

MAST Study grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access the courseware, assessments and assistant tools for your personal professional development, or — if access is provided through your employer — for your role at that employer.

4. Restrictions

You may not (a) resell, sublicense, or publicly distribute course content; (b) circumvent assessment integrity controls; (c) use the platform to train competing models; (d) scrape, mirror, or framejack the service; or (e) attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or access control mechanisms.

5. Certificates

Digital certificates issued by MAST Study attest only that the named learner completed the stated assessment under the conditions in force at the time. We may revoke a certificate if we determine it was obtained through misrepresentation or breach of these terms.

6. Fees, refunds & taxes

Fees are billed by MAST Study via invoice and settled by bank transfer; applicable VAT and sales taxes are itemised on each invoice. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

7. AI Learning Assistant

The AI Learning Assistant produces explanatory output grounded on our knowledge base. Output may be incomplete or incorrect and is not a substitute for professional advice. Do not submit confidential, personal or client data into the assistant.

8. Intellectual property

All courseware, branding, software and assessments are owned by MAST Study or its faculty and licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., assignments) and grant us a licence to host and process it solely to deliver the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach. You may close your account at any time from your profile. Sections that by their nature should survive (IP, indemnity, limitation of liability) survive termination.

10. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MAST Study disclaims all implied warranties. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
