You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase of an individual course, provided you have completed less than 25% of the course content and have not generated a certificate.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and non-refundable for the current period. You may cancel renewals at any time from your billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Corporate seat purchases are governed by the Corporate Subscription Agreement. Per-seat refunds within the first 14 days are available where seats have not been activated.

This policy does not affect any non-waivable consumer rights you have under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Email legal@maststudy.com with your invoice number. Approved refunds are issued by bank transfer to the originating account within 10 business days.

Once a digital certificate has been issued, the corresponding course is non-refundable.
