Acceptable Use Policy
Effective 1 January 2026. Required reading for everyone with an account on MAST Study.
1. Be honest
Complete assessments yourself. Do not impersonate others, share login credentials, or use third parties to take exams on your behalf.
2. Respect content
Courseware is licensed for your individual study (or your role within a corporate subscriber). Do not republish, screen-record for distribution, or build derivative training products.
3. Respect the platform
No scraping, automation against the public site that exceeds reasonable human use, vulnerability probing without prior written authorisation, or attempts to bypass access controls.
4. Respect other learners
No harassment, hateful conduct, threats or illegal activity in any user-generated area, including the AI Learning Assistant, discussions, or instructor messaging.
5. Use AI responsibly
Do not submit personal data of third parties, regulated client data, or material you do not have rights to share into the AI Learning Assistant. Output is for study only and is not legal, audit or professional advice.
6. Reporting
Report violations to legal@maststudy.com. We may suspend accounts pending investigation.
